WITSON WL2490 12.5 Inch 2K QLED Android 16 Car Stereo for Ford Figo / Ka 2015-2020

WITSON WL2490 is the 12.5 inch 2K QLED Android 16 car stereo built for the Figo / Ka 2015-2020. The 12.5 inch panel goes back into the factory opening, so the air vents, the climate panel and the original buttons all stay where they are - no cutting, no separate frame sitting on top of the dashboard. Two memory versions share the same screen and the same harness: 4GB + 64GB on the UIS8581A board and 6GB + 128GB on the UIS7865 board. Wireless CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, a built-in 4G modem and 36-band DSP audio are standard on both.

1. Vehicle Fitment - Which Ford Figo / Ka 2015-2020 Does the WL2490 Fit?

This panel is made for the Figo / Ka 2015-2020. The frame is moulded from the factory bezel, so the install reuses the original clips and the original screws, and the CANBUS box keeps the steering wheel buttons, the air conditioning display and the parking radar working.

These are not renders. The photos below show the centre console of the Figo / Ka 2015-2020 with the factory radio in place, so you can compare the shape with your own car before ordering. The versions differ only in the mounting frame and the CANBUS setting; on a car with a right view camera and a rear view camera, order version B.

3. Key Features of the WL2490 Car Stereo

▪  12.5 inch 2K QLED panel (1920 x 1200) - the factory screen is replaced by a panel that fills the whole console opening of the Figo / Ka, so the map, the CarPlay dashboard and the split screen are readable at a glance instead of being squeezed into a 7 inch frame.

▪  Android 16 with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto - the phone connects without a cable; the cable is only needed to charge. On the Figo / Ka 2015-2020 the factory steering wheel buttons keep working through the CANBUS decoder in the box.

▪  Built-in 4G LTE and dual band WiFi - a SIM card goes into the unit, so navigation, traffic and streaming work without tethering a phone.

▪  36-band DSP with time alignment - factory speaker positions of the Figo / Ka can be tuned per seat; the TDA7851L amplifier drives 4 x 45W.

▪  Factory look, factory wiring - the housing is moulded from the original bezel of the Figo / Ka 2015-2020, the original clips and screws are reused, and the CANBUS decoder is in the box, not a paid extra.

▪  Two memory versions, one platform - 4GB+64GB on the UIS8581A board for volume orders, 6GB+128GB on the UIS7865 board for customers who run navigation, music and a rear camera recorder at the same time.

5. The 12.5 Inch 2K QLED Screen and How It Sits in the Dashboard

1920 x 1200 on a 12.5 inch panel means 2K detail on a screen that replaces the factory display instead of hanging under it. On the Figo / Ka 2015-2020 the panel sits flush with the surrounding trim, which is why the vents and the climate panel stay untouched.

7. Audio, Bluetooth and Split Screen

The 36-band DSP is the part most buyers ask about: on the Figo / Ka the factory speaker positions can be delayed and equalised per seat, so the driver does not hear the music only from the left door. Bluetooth 5.0 handles two phones at once, and the split screen keeps navigation and music visible at the same time.

8. Installation Notes for the Figo / Ka 2015-2020

The harness is plug and play: the factory connector of the Figo / Ka plugs into the decoder box, the decoder box plugs into the unit, and the original clips hold the frame. A competent installer finishes the swap in about 60 to 90 minutes; no wire is cut and the original radio can be put back if the car is sold.

One piece per carton, carton size 45 x 32 x 16 cm, gross weight about 3.0 kg. Neutral carton or WITSON colour box, your logo and model number can be printed from 100 pieces.

10. Certifications and Quality Control

The WL2490 is CE, FCC and RoHS compliant, and every unit is powered on, paired with a phone and audio tested before packing. The firmware is written for this platform, so on the Figo / Ka 2015-2020 the CANBUS messages, the air conditioning display and the parking radar behave the same way as on the original radio.
